Are you an experienced Account Manager professional with a passion for detail, a proactive mindset, and a drive to make an impact? We’re seeking a new member to join our team and play a key role in delivering world-class value.
Role Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have real drive and enthusiasm, their primary role is to manage existing clients whilst trying to generate as much new business as possible, the result being that they develop a portfolio of clients. They are accountable for the effective management of these clients whilst being the link between the sales team and the operational side of the business.
- To support the Exhibition Manager to achieve the targets set that contribute to the overall company goals.
- Responsible for quality control in terms of equipment specification.
- Continuously assess and adapt our processes, finding innovative ways to deliver the best value to our clients and internal teams.
- Develop new business, retain & grow appropriate relationships with key clients.
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Liaise directly with customers on & off site.
- Weekend working where required.
- Work within a sustainable manner / approach.
- To deliver all set KPi’s.
