Role Requirements
- Primarily the role is to generate new business in the quieter months, the result being that the Technical Partnerships Manager develops a portfolio of account customers which transitions across to the account management team. The Technical Partnerships Manager is accountable for the effective management of these clients whilst being the link between the sales team and the operational side of the business.
- Identifying new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, which includes festivals, conferences, exhibitions outdoor events etc.
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address their needs.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
- Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
- To support the Partnerships Director to achieve the targets set that contribute to the overall company goals.
- Be responsible for quality control in terms of equipment specification of the correct equipment not only for assigned projects but for all other ongoing projects.
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Liaise directly with customers on & off site.
- Weekend working where required.
- Work within a sustainable manner / approach.
- To deliver all set KPi’s.
