Flexible service levels

We can offer many different service levels for your conference requirements. This includes dry hire from our Hire Hub of over 52,000 pieces of AV equipment, to a full production service providing audio, video, set, set design, cameras, and more depending on your specific needs. Your dedicated account manager will ensure that you receive the service you need.

We also understand that great on-site delivery and organisation are vital to your conference’s success. From your dedicated account manager to our on-site technical delivery team, we will work around the clock to ensure that your conference runs to plan.

Digital conference technology

We believe hybrid and omnichannel conferences are here to stay. By adopting digital extensions at physical events, huge numbers of guests can participate remotely, ensuring that key messages are reaching ever wider audiences

If you want to run a hybrid or omnichannel conference, our extensive knowledge of the physical and virtual landscape means we can manage and produce your whole event. For example, we can operate your seminar rooms on-site and stream the event to a remote audience using our virtual user interface or another chosen platform.
