A solid knowledge of the audio-visual market is essential, preferably from a live event technology background. Interest in technology, as well as the willingness to continually update knowledge and skills basis is a must have.
While you will be responsible for running your own jobs, you will also be working within the Sales & Operations teams to manage all the functions of the event project cycle, as well as advising and contributing to the preparation of quotes and pitches.
Strong administration and reporting skills will be required to deliver post show reporting of individual cost centre budgets and gross margin reports, including analysis of operational efficiencies and potential future improvements.
As with all our on-site roles you will be required to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and any additional procedures required by DBPixelhouse
As the senior DBpixelhouse representative on-site you need to have great interpersonal skills, working with our on-site delivery team, the HQ support team as well has managing sub-contractors and liaising with Clients on-site.
Our office HQ and workshop is based in Tewkesbury although much of the Project Managers work will be site based, often with jobs requiring weekend working. The role involves travel with overnight stays and work outside of normal hours as required. In order to undertake this role, you will need a valid passport and driver’s licence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the exhibitions and events industry, along with 4 years’ experience in a project management environment.
