Experienced on-site delivery
We understand that great on-site delivery and friendly customer service are vital to your event’s success. That’s why we assign all clients with a dedicated account manager who will manage all your requirements from an AV perspective.
Our project managers and event technicians will then deliver your project, offering on-site support throughout. Depending on the scale of your event, we may deploy multiple on-site PMs, one dedicated to the organiser and others for the various exhibitor halls.
Efficient organisation
Good organisation is the key to our success. Our on-site team operates an electronic ticketing system, meaning live data is always available on your installation plan and progress. You can update us on your stand’s build status and make any additional requests via our service desk or through your Project Managers.
Our staff all wear branded company clothing making them easy to spot which translates into efficient and effective customer service.
