A collaborative process

Choosing the right installation is a big investment so we work closely with clients from the planning stage all the way through to the installation to make sure the equipment delivers as promised.

Our team will begin by conducting a site survey and audit. We will then advise on the full range of AV, IT and connectivity options to ensure the best fan experience possible for your specific event.

Permanent big screen installation

Add drama to events with the installation of a permanent large LED screen like the one we designed and erected at Cheltenham racecourse. Consisting of almost one million pixels and standing at seven metres high, this is an AV work of art that is viewed by half a million racegoers a year.

Following an environmental survey looking at aspect, viewing angles, UV and weather exposure risk and structural support, we can then advise on the right AV installation equipment to boost user experience. With our intuitive signal management system, your team will be able to effortlessly switch between engagement, sponsorship, and health and safety feeds, delivering key messages when you need them most.
