This role requires someone with at least one of AV, LED, Lighting, IT Networks skills preferably from a live event technology background. As well as 2 or more years’ experience of working on-site with AV, IT, LED, Lighting IT & Networks equipment in the live event production environment
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work to very strict deadlines, they will need strong prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
There will be a requirement to prepare and return to standard all elements of our Audio-Visual, LED, Lighting & Network IT equipment, this will be undertaken in our Tewkesbury workshop, you will also be required to load and unload equipment into vehicles.
An ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, assisting and training customers on site in the use of their installed equipment and keeping our team updated with installation progress or any potential issues is paramount to ensure jobs are delivered as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.
As with all our on-site roles you will be required to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and any additional procedures required by DBPixelhouse
Our office HQ and workshop is based in Tewkesbury although much of the On-Site Technicians work will be site based, often with jobs requiring weekend working. The role involves travel with overnight stays and work outside of normal hours as required. In order to undertake this role, you will need a valid passport and driver’s licence.
